Fulfilling the provisions of Article 14(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), we hereby provide you with key information concerning the processing of your personal data in the context of the consent given. After registration, the administrator of your personal data is iLift Spółka z o.o., Arkomax Spółka z o.o., with its registered office at Polska 43, 81-344 Gdynia, acting as Joint Data Controllers (hereinafter referred to as "WADO"). Your personal data is processed for the purpose of registration and performance of the agreement/statement made by you (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Notwithstanding this basis, data processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the administrator - for tax and accounting purposes (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), as well as necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the administrator, which is to ensure the protection of investors' interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). By giving this consent, you agree to the processing of the personal data provided by you by iLift Spółka z o.o. and Arkomax Spółka z o.o. with their registered office at Polska 43, 81-344 Gdynia - acting as Joint Data Controllers (hereinafter referred to as "WADO") for the purpose of carrying out future recruitment processes by WADO. You declare at the same time that you have been informed that providing your personal data is voluntary, and that you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, and that withdrawing your consent to the processing of personal data is equivalent to resigning from further participation in recruitment processes carried out by WADO. Recipients of your data may also be courier service providers, teleinformation service providers, companies providing support and operation of the Administrator's IT tools and systems (e.g. software service technicians), professional advisors (e.g. law firms), companies providing accounting services for the Administrator, companies providing audit services (e.g. independent auditors), other companies supporting debt collection processes, entities maintaining databases, as well as entities providing scanning, printing, correspondence handling, archiving and document destruction services. The Administrator may process the following categories of your personal data for the purposes described above: 1) identification data, in particular name and surname, PESEL, identity document number and series; 2) contact details, in particular phone number, email address, and residential address. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract/statement, unless the law (e.g. accounting or tax law) obliges the administrator to process these data for a longer period. In any case, the longer processing period for your data applies. You have the right to access your personal data, request their rectification, and, in cases provided for by the GDPR, their erasure or restriction of processing, object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the law on the protection of personal data (in particular the GDPR).
